Gyubee is an All-You-Can-Eat (AYCE) Japanese restaurant in Markham, Ontario. It is easy to miss the restaurant (we drove right past it) as it is located in an office building. Louis and I went on a Saturday for dinner. Various meats and vegetables are brought to your table and you cook your own food over the grill. We felt it was a little expensive at $33/pp (not including tax and tip) but service was decent and quality of meat is very good. It was a fun experience regardless. Pricing is weird for children (based on age and height) – also they automatically add 12% tip to the bill.
A good variety of items are available including, kalbi beef, pork belly, shrimp, chicken, squid and vegetables.
Ready to eat items are available. We tried the cold tofu, bean sprouts (not shown) and kimchee.
