Chicken Breast with Onions, Grape Tomatoes, Asparagus and Potatoes.

Hubby and I went to Barrie Hill Farms during the long weekend. We picked up some blueberries as well as some fresh vegetables. For dinner, I seasoned some chicken breast with salt and pepper and then pan fried them. I sauteed the vegetables in butter and used some sort of garlic seasoning. For the potatoes, I boiled them until soft, then pan fried them so that they were crispy on the outside. The potatoes are seasoned with salt, pepper and thyme. The next time, I think I will roast the potatoes and do the chicken on the BBQ. Overall, I am happy with how it came out!
